Meet the team

Claris Sinocruz (CEO/Director)

Claris envisions to lead the company by combining personalised support with clinical oversight. With over 15 years of experience as Team Leader in Memory Support Units (high care Dementia) and Lifestyle Officer at aged care facilities, Claris is eager about providing care and empowering individuals to maintain their independence. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous improvement within our team.

Claris has completed Certificate IV in Individual Support (Aged Care Community Services) and Certificate IV in Leisure/Lifestyle and Health Programming. She also completed her first 2-years of Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Tasmania with only 7 core subjects remaining to complete her degree.

Alicia Alonzo-Sinocruz (Director/Clinical Care Manager)

As our Clinical Care Manager, Alice is a fundamental staff of our clinical excellence, guiding our 24/7 onsite Registered Nurse service. She bring extensive experience from aged care setting and hold qualifications as a Registered Nurse and authorised nurse immuniser (University of Technology, Sydney) with AHPRA registration and a Graduate Certificate in Palliative Care at Flinders University in 2024. Alice is currently pursuing her master's degree at Flinders University, to expand her nursing career and become a Nurse Practitioner. Alice ensures that our protocols and care are evidenced-based, and our team of carers are equippmed with the skills and compassion to manage health care needs.

Along with Claris, Alice is deeply committed in maintaining the quality care standards of safety and promoting exceptional health outcomes for all our clients.

Melanie A. Alonzo (Registered Nurse)

Melanie, or Mel, is a Registered Nurse with extensive expertise in dialysis, specialising in home-based care. With a proven track record of more than 15 years in managing and delivering advanced dialysis treatments within the home setting, she is dedicated to empowering patients to achieve optimal health outcomes and independence. Her experience spans comprehensive patient assessment, individualised care planning, and education for both patients and their families.

Anna Camille S. Calimag (Administration Officer)

Anna is a highly accomplished and results-oriented Administrative Support Specialist with over a decade of extensive experience providing comprehensive and high-level administrative assistance to executives and teams in fast-paced environments. She has proven her ability to streamline operations, manage complex schedules, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Expert in optimizing workflow efficiency and contributing to the delivery of exceptional client care through proactive support and meticulous organizational skills.

Larraine Denise E. Sinocruz (Client Intake Coordinator)

Larraine is a third year Nursing Student at Australian Catholic University set to complete her course in December 2025. She works as a dental nurse in a private dental clinic in Sydney for 5 years, transitioning to practice management and front of house. This gave her broad experience in handling clients of diverse kinds. She is devoted in providing care, making sure that the clients are comfortable and well taken care off while experiencing the services they need.
